This shot of Nan was taken only moments before she tripped and fell onto the grass. Lynne was first to aid her since Laurie and I could not stop laughing. Yes, she was OK.

On Saturday we were in Long Beach celebrating my birthday as well as my friend Lynne's. She celebrated the big 5-0. So I conveniently had my rack of clothing with me to photograph. My sister Nan, and Laurie and Lynne were great sports. The day was beautiful. We celebrated in style with good food and lot's of laughter. Thanks girls for being such good sports.

It's Saturday
Welcome to Saturday. Who is working today besides me? It's so nice and crisp and clean outside that we should all be out there. Enjoy the day!

Welcome to laurie jo designs blog
Hi Everyone,
This is something new for me and I hope I can give you a little entertainment and enlighenment. I have been painting on clothing for over 20 years and many of you have shirts from way back when. Each shirt is signed and dated so look down on the (usually) left side of the shirt at the bottom and you will see my signature, copyright, and date. Hang onto those oldies but goodies, they may be worth alot of money some day.
I have been working on some shirts for http://www.catalogfavorites.com/ . Here is a photo of them drying back in the alley.
